In our endeavour to maintain transparency, while building a decentralized ecosystem, we would like to share the results of our audit.

For those who are curious to know how an audit of high standards is conducted, below you can find a summary of the various steps involved.
- Compilation: This step involves a rigorous analysis of the platform’s smart contracts, especially its syntax and bytecode size through a series of tests and scripts over JavaScript. Any underlying issues are then highlighted by the auditor for review along with suggested tools to mitigate the shortcomings.
- Static analysis: A static analysis refers to an automated examination of a platform’s source code, without executing the platform’s application. It identifies security and performance issues in the codebase without running the program.
- Manual Review: The third step involves a thorough, line-by-line review of the platform’s codebase to expose any possible bugs or defects in the platform’s self-executing contracts and token. This step ensures that the flow of transactions on the platform meets specifications.
- Code style: This step is a part of the manual review and focuses on providing general adjustments that can be made to the style of the codebase.
Each step of the audit gave critical insights on optimising the Wallfair platform for increased user security and experience. The platform’s syntax and code were rated optimal for usage. Any other recommendations and rectifications that were highlighted by the audit were updated by the Wallfair Development team.
